  set up in the Ohio Billing parking lot on State Route 212. DOCUMENT SHRED
 DING Safe\, secure document shredding services will be provided by Sanmand
 y Enterprises. $5.00 per box (Banker's box size 12.5" x 10.5" x 16.31" or 
 smaller.) *There is no limit on the number of boxes per person. PRESCRIPTI
 ON DRUG DROP The Tuscarawas County Sheriff's Office will be onsite to coll
 ect your expired and unneeded medications. BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND - ELECTR
 ONICS RECYCLING! eCycle Solutions of Ohio will be on hand to provide elect
 ronic\, e-waste recycling services.  Most are at no charge with the excep
 tion of fluorescent lightbulbs\, CFLs\, dehumidifiers\, CRT monitors\, dor
 m and wine refrigerators\, window air conditioning units\, and flat-screen
  TVs. Large appliances such as refrigerators\, stoves\, washers and dryers
  and household batteries \, including AA\, AAA\, C\, D\, 9V or button\, a
