Our Community Health Check, in partnership with SpringVale Health Centers will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 6 am-10 am at the Bolivar Army Navy!
The base comprehensive wellness panel includes CBC (Complete Blood Count), CMP (Comprehesive Metabolic Panel), Cholesterol Lipid Panel (HDL, LDL, Trigylcerides) and TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
We are excited to announce we will continue to offer an extensive selection of screening tests again this year. Optional add-ons at additional cost this year are:
  • PSA Prostate Cancer Screening for men ages 50+
  • A1C
  • Vitamin D, 25-hydroxy
  • Vitamin B12 + Folate
  • Thyroid Panel (T3, Tr, Free T4)
  • ColoFit Colon Cancer Screening Kit
