17 Oct 2026 Community Health Check 2026 Oct 17, 2026 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM Our Community Health Check will be held Saturday, October 17, 2026 from 6 am -10 am at the Bolivar Army Navy. The base comprehensive panel is $55.00. This includes a wellness panel providing health information regarding assessment for anemia, diabetes, kidney, liver, and thyroid function. (CBC, CMP, Cholesterol Lipid Panel, TSH) Payment made the day of the event by cash, check or credit card. New this year: HSA cards will be accepted, but will incur a 3% processing fee. We are excited to announce that our clinical partner SpringVale Health Centers will continue to make even more optional screening tests available to you this year. Optional add-ons at additional cost this year are: PSA Prostate Cancer Screening for men ages 50+: $15 A1C: $15 Vitamin D, 25-hydroxy: $25 Vitamin B12 + Folate: $25 Thyroid Panel (T3, Tr, Free T4): $25 ColoFit Colon Cancer Screening Kit: $25 While pre-registration is not required, it is highly recommended. You may pre-register at https://rotaryhealthcheck.com Be sure to fast for 12 hours prior to coming in for your test. Water and black coffee or tea is ok.
